It is 2649 1451 24 part of a large collection of isotopic evaluations, all created by2649 1451 25 running the system with either adjusted or default input 2649 1451 26 parameters. This means that the data in the entire collection have2649 1451 27 been tested in detail for many isotopes against individual 2649 1451 28 experimental data, while for other isotopes it is only as good as 2649 1451 29 the global quality of TALYS at the moment. The mutual quality of 2649 1451 30 all individual data files is however consistent: The same set of 2649 1451 31 nuclear models is used and, equally important, the same ENDF-6 2649 1451 32 formatting procedures for each isotope. The data file has been 2649 1451 33 created automatically using the ENDF-6 format generator TEFAL. 2649 1451 34 2649 1451 35 The resulting data file provides a complete representation of 2649 1451 36 nuclear data needed for activation over the incident 2649 1451 37 neutron energy range from 1.e-11 to 200. All covariances are generated 2649 1451 145 with the TASMAN code [kon12], which generates TALYS runs using 2649 1451 146 a Monte Carlo parameter method. 2649 1451 147 For each MT-number, the information consists of: 2649 1451 148 1. Covariances for MTa, Ea and MTa, Ea (variances) 2649 1451 149 2. Covariances for MTa, Ea and MTa, Eb (correlations for the 2649 1451 150 same reaction channel between different energies) 2649 1451 151 3. Covariances for MTa, Ea and MTb, Ea (correlations between 2649 1451 152 different reaction channels for the same energy) 2649 1451 153 4. Covariances for MTa, Ea and MTb, Eb (correlations between 2649 1451 154 different reaction channels for different energies) 2649 1451 155 Classes 1 and 2 are covered by NI-type subsubsections with 2649 1451 156 flag LB=5, followed by a LB=8 section which contains 2649 1451 157 the cross section variances multiplied by 1.e-3.
